I saw folks selling Chaos Axes +5e for 100k+ in the High End and Sell fora, but those are with low req. Because of this high req, I'm thinking around 40k--does that sound right to anyone?

try for 50k for this seen req 9s offered for 150k so this should hit 50k imo
