Nightfall Skill Trainers

I've been hearing that if you unlock skills with balthazar factions you can buy them from any skill trainer in elona. Can anyone shed some light on this?

What's to shed light on? Unlock at a Priest of Balth->Buy skill from skill trainer.

By shed light on. I mean is it true or is it some silly rumor.

Its true except for elite skills. Elite skills must still be capped from bosses for use in PvE for that character.
