Auction system needed

Xunlai managed auction system.

You go to town, mark an item in your storage 'available for auction'. you set your reserve price, and ending time. when the auction ends, the item gets moved form your storage to your buyer's storage. you cannot make a bid on an item that is more than the money in your storage account. you cannot auction an item that is not in storage. you cannot receive an item if you do not have space in your storage account.
