i have a gold spear, inscribable, i need it to have +5 energy always, but cant mind a mod or inscription like that.. is there one?!! besides a green spear that has it.. thanks

I would assume theres one because PvP chars can use them, and shouldnt this be in the QnA forum?

There are, but I believe they are just as rare as they were before (only found on gold, more likely to get 15>50...)
