How do you get the Boss to spawn for Prepared Shot?

As the title says... how do you get him/her to spawn? I have tried the whole instance of Domain of Fear and I haven't seen the boss at all in all my tries.

Can someone please help me please?

Maybe try abandoning or completing all quests you have in that area, sometimes quests prevent certain monsters from spawning.

Or try going into the nearest outpost, checking back, if he's not there, go back to outpost, and repeat. If you do that the outpost shouldn't be too far away from the boss's location.

Go out into the domain of fear - kill any patrols that cross directly near you (there are mostly rain of terror filled groups that really hurt an have wide patrol areas) then to sort of the northwest theres going to be like a ...Red Tentacle Bridge thingy - Right over it is the Seed of Terror or w/e his name is - Thats the boss. Not linked to any quest (so abandon all your realm of torment ones)

Thanks guys... I got help from someone in the game who told me to abandon all the Torment quest except for the primary one. I found him and had to figure out how to kill him the bridge and the spawns that do the water hexes and barrage really does hurt your team!!!
