Ok, from what I've heard, this is a rare Nightfall skin. And an Axe equivilant to the Fiery Dragon Sword.

Fire Damage: 6-28 (Req. 10)
Armor +7 (vs. Physical)
Inscription: "Strength and Honor"
Damage +15% (While health is above 50%)
