First in-game load after computer is idle or shutdown.

Although this is more of an annoyance than a problem, the first in-game load (to a town) is always a killer for my computer if the computer has been idle or shutdown. It takes nearly 5 minutes to load into a town, and the computer useage is at 100%. It doesn't matter if the graphics are to the lowest or the highest. But after the first load, I usually average around a 40-60 second load-in for towns. Does this happen to anyone else?

Happens to me. Every time.

EDIT: I should probably add that my pc is pretty fast (3Gp4, 1G corsair ram, ati radeon 9800 xt) and that no other games give me this sort of problem.
