Mysticism-8+1(9 gets you the maximum 25HP return from Mystic Vigor)
(though probably would help to get Scythe runes they don't seem too neccissary)

1.) Open Space-I have chilling victory in as it helped with damage in some situations.
2.)Healing-I like healing breeze, but really up to preference
3.)Mystic Vigor-This is the important one, gives you 5HP on each hit for each enchantment (maximum of 25HP per hit)
4.)Essence Bond-gives Energy from damage, and an enchant for Mystic Vigor
5.) Balthazars Spirit- another enchantment that helps with energy
6.)Strength of Honor/other enchantment-this one helped a bit with damage, but really any enchant will work, I like to use ones I don't have to worry about refreshing alot.
7.)Mending-helped keep up HP with mystic vigor
8.)Open Space-Heart of Fury was my choice in this case, helps with damage again/heals also with the increase in attack speed.
basically just get 4 enchants up (I do 2, regen all the way then do the second 2) and use mystic vigor when you begin fighting. If you line a group of mobs up right you can get 100+hp from each swing+mending and you should't have too much trouble staying alive. Just use the healing skills in an emergency. Works best on melee mobs as ranged ones don't often line up, leaving you getting very little HP on swing from mystic vigor.
Still working on it yet, don't have too many monk skills/dervish skills unlocked yet on my Dervish, but this works well on 20-24level mobs in smaller groups. I am sure it can be perfected though xD
