More Money Storage

I think that they should make the amount of gold you can carry with you to at least 500k. I mean, it will help alot when buying stuff.
When people get a rare item and want to sell it for a lot they will say "100k + 30 ecto!!!" I for one don't have a lot of ectos and can't buy the items.
So if they made the amount of gold you can hold to 500k people could sell items for 200k-300k and you could buy it with just money. Instead of having to go farm for ectos or buy them.
Also, they should raise the amount of money you can have in your storage to 10,000k. Thats just so you could have more money. Which I'm sure we all would like to have.

So I'll reply for the 1000.000th time the same thing again: What's the point of storing money if you don't spend it?

People were not supposed to be able to have that much money. Whether you ebayed your gold is your problem, but the reason the trade cap is there (Anet actually said this) is to prevent item prices from going too high. Now that all items spawned since nightfall came out are customizable, it is much easier to get a perfect item. No more hunting for 15^50 crenellated swords, you can make one. The only thing that should be expensive right now are the item skins.

You don't need that much money. You want to get rid of some, buy an expensive weapon, get obsidean armor, give it to people. You don't need 1,000k so just get rid of it.

I hope you know that you can put 1000k in storage!! If you have problems storing all that money, go buy some ectos or something. Go get FoW armor for your mule char (I know someone who actually did this), go give cash away to someone in need (not someone who spends 5 hours asking for it though, those people are often rich people who scab off other peoples good will, turning good people into angry, bad people), make a new char and get max armor and all that stuff you need. Get an axe, hammer, or sword for your Warrior char (whichever 2 you don't use, assuming you have a Warrior), work on a money-sink title (chest opening one, gold item ID'ing one, Lucky/Unlucky (when the oppurtunity arises) the drunkard title, etc) buy a crystalline sword, dye everything you have on every char a mix of black/white/black/black (even the bags), buy stuff for a guildie/buy all the people for your guild hall/get a guild hall.

Don't tell me you have money problems. /notsigned.

Whenever I run out of storage for cash I just buy like 400k worth of ectos. I kinda like trading in 100k + ectos more than the thought of pure cash.

I'm one of those idiots who have spent 400K+ on 15k armour because I keep getting bored of the skin, even if I had kept all that money, I would still be nowhere near the storage limit, you dont NEED 5,000 plat, if you have that much without ebaying, go outside....

EASY, you can only have 100k with you because this game is meant so NOT A SINGLE ITEM is worth more tham 100k.

That's why they have that limit and they change IA to stop excessive farming.

Thay want people PLAY the game, not to gather gold.

If you want to pay more, ok, I don't think Anet will make anything so you can spoil their main idea.

the average gw player has 20k in storage [read it somewhere official]. having said that, i doubt that theyll increase storage for gold.

why horde all your gold when theyre are tons of "cool" things you can buy with it?
