Quick nightfall question

Do you level up as fast as you did in factions?

and ive heard the game infrustrating, is this true?

1. No.

2. Yes and No.

There are aspects of the game which are very time-consuming (eg leveling your heroes, gaining sunspear/lightbringer points). There are also mobs even a little more difficult than in Factions. These things are frustrating to some.

But if you enjoy a challenge and have more time on your hands to finish than Factions, you should have fun playing.

Its not as fast as Factions and its not as slow as Prophecies.

The game is not frustrating, there were some bugs when it came out like people not able to continue on with the missions or unavailable quests but its smooth now.

The starter island can take you a while to get out of but it should not be anything maddening especially if you are taking a new character.

If you are brining a Canthan or Tyrian character then you are in the middle of the action as soon as you get to Elona.

One more thing, people keep complaining about the grind to get sunspear points (you need to acumulate certain ranks to do some missions) but if you just do quests and get the rewards then you wont need to do the grind for it.

It seems different, more steady but about the same as Factions.

Nothing like Prophecies, though.

Nightfall storyline moves along quite well, even when doing all the quests and missions. Of course, that makes leveling faster as well.

leveling is fairly slow in nightfall compared factions but definately faster than prophecies. Depending on your skill level, the game is extremely easy from the beginning untill you reach the realm of torment. It's a horrible place and if your new to guildwars.. may god have mercy on your soul.
