The city you go out of is Yohlon Haven
go outside the portal and get the quest from the wandering priest
go kill all of the insects, there are hundreds of them out thier got me my 6-7 title just hit down your Ctrl and and target away.

The city is Dzaganus Bastion found right of Grand Court of Sebelkeh
go to the shrine and get the quest
It is a long path because of so many elemental groups the end is near another shrine on the right of a path u just turn right back and go left to get the rest of the groups this is the path i take
there is a group right infront of the shrine then i go back up and take a left facing the shrine and i kill them you go straight right after that group you see 2 more close by after you kill a 4th group do not go down to the little city keep going straight there is another group alittle a head then you cut out and theres a shrine right by that shrine you kill a group and turn right back around there is around 3 more groups left. Go back to the last spot you where at before you cut into the shrine go straight and loop the big rock. There you will see two more groups kill them and then there is one more big group with a boss in it to get more points kill one let another re rez it so you get more points in the last group you can get a possibility of 16 points out of them. In one run i usually get around 90 points.
this run got me 1-3rd and almost 4th
