Well, For a long time, I've been resisting the temptation to get a pet. "Pets are overated" I said, and my assasin, though often with a ranger secondary, has remained petless. Finally, when exploring those that trice hated place, the echovald forest (its so dark, those emos ), I couldnt resist the urge to cap the black moa. Which I promptly names "Silence" at first, it was just for triggering those wardens traps, but I decided to make a build using a pet (no not assasin b/p)

I wasnt expecting fantastic results, but wow, I hadnt expected how fast this kills. normally, with most dagger builds, against a monk, they have "reaction time" since pets attacks in my build are used at the same time with sin attacks, it does the same damage as 4 sin skills for the time of 2. It kills monks LIKE CRAZY, before they have time to guardian, there aready dazed deepwound bleeding, (and sometimes poisoned). THe build has gone through some modifications, but here is it in its present form, it works the best in areas where you do not have to have a rez (such as ab, CM, and gvg)though it can work in other forms of pvp.
Attributes~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Critical strikes 13(or 14)
dagger mastery 13(or 12 if above was 14)
beast mastery 10

SKills~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1.mark of instabilty
2.black lotus strike(will be replaced with black spider strike as soon as nightfall comes out)
3.twisting fangs
4.bestial mauling
5.brutal strike
6.heal as one
7.run as one(falling spider strike if you wish, and before nightfall come out or replace with rez sig for RA/TA)
8.charm animal

ok, for those who think heal as one is a bad elite, well, its not, not only is it this builds ONLY form of defense, it is actually a pretty good heal, a 1 second heal that heal both you and your pet for 105 health is very good. The key to this build is timing, first cast mark of instabilty on a target, then do black spider/lotus strike. then, do twisting and cue bestial mauling. it is very important you do it now, not after fangs, otherwise, you will miss the oppurtunity to daze. follow up with brutal strike, the enemy should be around 10%-15% hp, contuinue attacking, someone should strike them about every .4 seconds, almost disrupting any spell. this builds strike is the combined power of both you and your pet. It doesnt really excel in damage anymore then pheonix-horn-falling-twisting, but it far outclasses that in the element of surprise.
