Can't get anymore Signet of Capture

Ok so I own nightfall, I'm near the end of it (gate of pain), I've already captured 5 elite but now when i go to the skill trainer he won't sell me a signet. What to do? The signet of capture just dont appear under the no attribute categorie.

Just to tidy things up:
If you do not have skill points left, you can't buy a Signet of Capture, or any other skill, from a skill trainer. However, it should still show up on the list. More likely, you are visiting a trainer who does not carry the Signet - try one of the trainers in a major city.

That is if they have a skill trainer at thier guild hall.I don't as I don't have to many in my guild.Check your Hero tap to see if you have any skill points left
