Assassins can have near always criticals with a Paragon spamming "Go for the Eyes!" or very often criticals without it.
Nightfall also bring a skill with responds well to criticals: [skill=icon]Disrupting Accuracy.[/skill]
Therefore, there shouldn't be a problem putting Disrupting Accuracy into an Assassin build, right?

It can be improved, but you get the idea.
High crit rate, high attack rate, high interrupts.

Way of the Assassin maybe? + Tiger's fury/needling shot?

Yeah I would take out assassin's remedy for something else. Chances are that condition you want to remove is blind, and you won't be scoring many criticals with blind on. I would replace it with antidote signet or signet of malice since with sharpen daggers you should have a bleeding foe to use it on at all times. Otherwise I like the build and will probably try it when I get the chance.
