Farming Sunspears In Kryta/Cantha Quests?

I played around a bit with soloing the Sunspears In quests.

Lion's Arch was easy, but there weren't enough enemies to make for great farming. Probably somewhat faster on average than Titan farming, but I find that annoying too.

I got killed in Cantha, and while I think I can succeed, it would be slowwww due to the energy denial and consequent regen time.

Note: This is with an Ether Renewal Earth build, so interrupt = energy denial, effectively ...

Bottom line: I'm going to bag it and move on to Elona.
