I got one of these tonight from a monk boss in the Realm of Torment. I'd like to know its value so I can sell it, as it isnt listed in the Baseline Pricing thread.

Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 20%)
Enchantments last 20% longer
Energy +5 (while Health is above 50%)
