max dmg shield of the lion

i was just wondering which weaponsmith or collector in elona has a max dmg shield of the lion.

What type of stats are you looking for? There are max Shield of the Lion all over Elona either inscription-free or with various stats (i.e., Command Post offers Inscription free Shields, Basalt Grotto -5/20% +30, Dzagonur Bastion -2/+45 enchanted and Many other locations)

i was looking for a str or tac req shield of the lion with the following stats

-2 stance +30hp
-5/20% +30hp

those with +30hp are only aviable at the crafters for 5k

btw: shields don't deal any dmg
