Help: Mesmer in need

I need help on my build i am a Me/Moand these are my skills currently:
Energy Surge,Empathy, Energy Burn, Backfire, Energy tap, Remove Hex, Healing Breaze, and Resurrect.
what can i do to enhance my build, and how should i distribute my attribute points

That build isn't too bad for PVE except for the healing breeze, remove that and put drain enchantment or another inspiration skill and you should be OK.

Yeah, check the other forum section for good builds. In the meantime, I'd replace remove hex with Inspired Hex, and drop healing breeze for an interrupt. Give yourself a heavy dose of Domination / Inspiration attributes.
