Courtesies and gratitude extended to: Garoth (for first posting usage of spoil victor as a farming aid), the guildwiki community, and the inventor of the original 55 build (whos name has been lost in the annals of time)
This sort of amalgamates Junundu farming and 55 monk farming, compiling various bosses that are easily killable. Almost all these farms are possible solo, though I enjoy 2-manning with a bud (and we split the loot depending on if we already got the green or if the person needs it). Also, there is a lot of playing around with henchman flagging (the fallacy of henchman flagging usage during farming is completely untrue - it works and works well).
Since the green weekend has ended and I'm full of greens of varying nature, here are the builds, the bosses, and the tactics to farm them (boss locations can be found on wikipedia - I will list the bosses and how to kill him best):
Vehjin Mines: This run includes 3 bosses definitely, possibly 4
Build: Spoil Victor 55 mo/n (Spoil victor, vampiric bite, balthazar's spirit, +4 mending using a hat switch, essence bond, blessed aura, prot spirit, healing breeze) and -50 offhand and -20 offhand (for dealing with varying dp levels). I use a +5e sword of enchanting because melee attacks on warrior monsters keeps them from running from your SpVi (again courtesy of Garoth). Also, it puts them in range of the vampiric bite.
Start off the run with full hench/hero party and yourself set up for a 55 spoil victor build. Leave from Jennur's Horde, head north and into a tunnel in the cliffs. Flag henchies to kill the two groups of gravebanes 1 by 1 while you sit back. Keep going through tunnel till you see the boss (Marobeh Sharptail - dervish boss, drops Eshekibeh's Scythe), flag your henchmen in to kill the gravebanes (their degen stacks too much with the damage being dealt to you and possibility of burning from the scytheclaws.
Now, I will explain this once - if one henchman dies they all have to die or you can pray he gets res'd by a monk, otherwise he will steal your drops by being in the vicinity. If a henchman dies, use the others to finish off the targets (gravebanes in this case), and then get them killed by constantly moving the flag back and forth in a small area - essentially making them sitting ducks for the boss to kill (very quickly usually). Then go in and get yourself killed and everyone resses at the shrine (make sure to unflag). Rinse and repeat till all the annoying targets are destroyed (gravebanes in this case). This is called the Cleavage technique (yes, i know people know about this but some don't and I like the name

Once done with the gravebanes, flag your henchies out of sight (till their names are greyed out) and then do away with the boss. Continue southwest and kill Pehnsed Loudmouth (nothing special, again use flagged henchies to clear the path to him, flag them out of sight and then kill him). Watch out for burning again. He drops Pehnsed's voice (spear).
From here, head dead north. Flag henchies to kill minotaurs and giants till you get to Shak-Jarin the Justicebringer (drops Shak-Jarin's Sword). This time use henchies to kill the griffin's and possibly a few trackers (they interrupt with distracting shot which sucks). Watch out for the warrior skrees and shak-jarin himself because they use savage slash. Set up decoy enchantments like casting essence bond again so they take that bait. If you wish, you can continue north and then east towards Nehpek the Remorseless. When I went after him, he didn't spawn (probably since I hadn't finished some quests in that area). Area complete - 3-4 bosses, about 40-60 mins (depending on skill).
Dehjarin Estate:
55 spoil victor build, full hench party. 5 bosses.
Exit south from Kodonur crossroads, using flagged henchies to kill kournan's. First target is Colonel Chaklin (Drops Chaklin's Axe). "Cleavage" ALL the seer's and oppressors (they strip enchantments) and then flag em out. Take him down, again watching for interrupts from the kournan guards and chaklin himself (decoy with EB). Two options from here. First, you can head south, clearing with flagged henchies till you get to the fortress. Once again, "Cleavage" kournan monks, oppressors, and seers and then take down both Colonel Custo (drops Custo's Hornbow) and Corporal Luah (drops some spear or shield or something lol). Second option (or you could do this after) is east across the bridge from Chaklin. "Cleavage" seers and oppressors and then kill Major Jeahr (drops Jeahr's Daggers). Head northeast and "Cleavage" stoneaxes and bluetongue hekets (stoneaxes because they are interrupting bastards) and take out Podaltur (who conveniently is surrounded by necromancer heket's that don't affect you much). Area cleared - 5 bosses, 5 great greens, 30-50 mins depending on your skill and on spawns.
Barbarous Shore:
55 SpVi build, full hench party.
I'm getting tired of excess typing, you should know the routine by now.
Exit from Camp Hojanu. Kill Lieutenant Shagu in the southeast, "Cleavage" bosuns, doctors, mind readers, and torturers. He only spawns if you have cleared the quests in the area. Use lieutenants, weapon and wind masters as energy fodder for BS and EB. Head to the far south and take out Commander Wahli, again "Cleavage" the appropriate enemies.
Morolah, Alsin, and Mhedi, although tempting, are nigh impossible to solo farm due to the high density of enemies including several doctors and necros/mesmers.
Area Cleared: 2 bosses, 20-30 minutes (especially dependant on spawns and patrols).
Jahai Bluffs:
55 Spiteful Spirit + Insidious parasite build (rest of skills are the same), full hench party. Use of the SpVi build means you can farm one less boss though the run will be faster.
Exit from Command Post and head south to Corporal Argon. "Cleavage" seers, priests, and oppressors. Take him down from his shield (watch out for meteors from the scribes - they come down surprisingly frequently).
Head southwest and take out Tundoss the Destroyer (for his awesome looking bow). "Cleavage" bluetongues and possibly stoneaxes (one stoneaxe is usually ok, more than one means nearly constant interrupts).
Head far east and slightly south and kill Churrta the Rock for his hammer. He only spawns if eavesdropping quest is complete or not active. Watch out for the stoneshard crags since they cause knockdown with Stoning and Churrta himself uses devastating hammer to induce further weakness on top of Ebon Hawk.
Finally, head far northeast for Admiral Kantoh sitting in the Jahai Fortress (he drops a nice staff). He is also surrounded by easy to kill baddies that have a good chance to drop armor. If you're using a SpVi build, this run becomes excruciatingly slow, so use the SS build if you can. The elite spears and scribes can all be bunched up by a little crowd control, and all you have to do is melee attack the zealots/guards to keep them in range. Careful of guards interrupting you and meteors. Kantoh himself is cake. Area Cleared: 5 bosses total = 40-60 minutes, 30-40 if don't include Kantoh.
Floodplain of Mahnkelon
55 SpVi build for one boss, exit from Rilohn Refuge (I think - I mean the city south of the uppermost city :S).
Two possible bosses, a little variety in tactics. You can use the build to farm Zelnehlun Fastfoot for his bow easily using the SpVi build (won't spawn if Drakes on a Plain hasn't been done).
Terob Roundback is different because he can be attacked by an adjacent heket mob (cannabalism anyone?). What I found best was I switched to a healer monk build and got my two dervish friends to pressure him to death before the other hekets could kill him. Yes, I could have picked better builds for the pressurers, but they didn't have access to character/build variety. He can be farmed with the SpVi build too, but the stoneaxes make it tricky and "Cleavage" doesn't work well here. Use the henchies to deal with the group of monsters between the exit from Rilohn and Terob. Area Cleared: 2 bosses, time of completion is variable, max is about 15 minutes for an experienced farmer.
Forum Highlands:
Still Testing - 55 SpVi build. 2-4 bosses.
Exiting from Jennur's Horde allows you to attack Rual the Overbearing. "Cleavage" priests, oppressors, and seers. Watch out for intense interrupts from the rangers and guards. If that leaves you with too few enemies, you can aggro a nearby group of skree to feed your energy pool (though they interrupt as well). Take down Rual for his hammer.
If you exit from Kodash Bazaar, Bolten Largebelly is right outside and ripe for the picking. Careful due to the many stoneaxes around. Here is where I was playing around with some builds - Searing Flames + Glyph of Conc 55 monk, SS monk, SoJ monk, SpVi build. Each succeeds moderately well, SoJ the least and SpVi the most. Interrupts suck alot though.
The most testing was being done on Korshek the Immolated and Churahm, Spirit Warrior (both djinn's). The problem is that you have to "Cleavage" the roaring ethers. Unfortunately, the henchies all die really fast to both bosses, leaving a slow painful process of whittling each group down. I managed to kill Churahm once, but Korshek proved too much. Good luck with these guys.
Area Incompleted - 3/4 bosses, 40-60 minutes, VERY DIFFICULT.
Sunward Marches:
Mahto Sharptooth is far north from the command post exit. Use the 55 SpVi build to take him down for his cool shield. Watch out for stoneaxes. No cleavage required though henchies may be used to clear the way.
Eshim Mindclouder and his pimp staff I took down using my two dervish buddies all out whacking away at him while I healed - takes about 2-3 minutes per run like this.
Area Completed - 2 bosses, 2-3 mins for Eshim, 15 minutes for Mahto.
Marga Coast:
Garoth already provided a great article on this. Chor the Bladed, Jerneh Nightbringer, Bubahl Icehands and Lunto Sharpfoot all go down very easily (easiest of the farming runs). Use henchies to kill patrols and clear paths to each. I added Chidehkir, Light of the Blind in the north/central region to the list. Can't take him down using just the 55 Sp/Vi build, so I had one of my heros stand near and use interrupts on him while BiPing me (yes, its 50% chance reduced, but its also a quick, easy kill). Area Cleared: 5 bosses, 30 minutes max.
Yatendi Canyons
Full henchies, 55 SpVi.
Tricky run. Exit from Chantry of Secrets. Head south, and "Cleavage" all oppressors, seers, and priests that surround Corporal Suli (after clearing the path to him). Cross the bridge, use the henchies to kill the first group of beetles, and then take down Hajok Earthguardian (watch out for interrupts from the rain beetles). Just a random reminder, but remember to move your henchies OUT OF THE AREA till their names are grey. Final boss is Makdeh the Aggravating near Hajok - though she is a mesmer, don't be daunted - she has no enchant stripping. Watch out for interrupts from trackers and skree warriors. Also, note that if you get close to her, she will use Tease on you which lives up to her namesake. In other words, don't get too close - just let spoil victor do the work. Area Cleared: 3 bosses, 20-30 minutes (pretty tough "Cleavage").
Resplendent Makuun
Easy as pie, one boss (Jishol Darksong), 55 SpVi build = 3 minutes.
Turai's Procession
55 SpVi build, exit from Gates of Desolation (head south). Head southeast and kill Korr, Living Flame for his cool colored artifact. Watch out for the stoneshard crag and stone mesa since both cause knockdown. Compounded with burning means that a missed healing breeze is quite possible and quite fatal. Tricky. Head further southeast and take out Sergeant Behnwa for his bow, using "Cleavage" on the appropriate mesmers/necros. Watch out for interrupts again. Area cleared - 2 bosses, 15 minutes.
Poisoned Outcrop
55 SpVi build, full hench party
Exit North from Lair of the Forgotten and head east and kill Fondalz the Spiteful for his offhand. Use your henchies to clear out the undead and watch out for bug popups. "Cleavage" grey giants, dune carvers (dervishes with enchant stripping), awakened heads (mesmers), and cavaliers (they resurrect). Area cleared - 1 boss, 10-20 minutes (tricky cleavage, henchies aren't strong enough oftentimes so you have to keep "Cleavaging").
Shattered Ravines
Any build, full hench party, friend(s) recommended (makes it much easier, allows for chain res'ing).
Head south out of the Lair of the Forgotten. To the east is Uhiwi the Smoky and his awesome skinned bow, and to the west is Dunshek the Purifier and his nice wand. Use your henchies to clear the way to get to the spoor (make sure no enemies are around). Get in the junundu and kill any nearby patrols for corpses (can hope for blinding breath). Just charge in and take out the boss and then unflag the henchies so that they can come to your rescue. Make sure you have access to the "Leave Junundu" skill as that can help you resurrect fallen henchies and get them all into junundu once they're done being decoys for you getting to the spoor. Remember to flag your henchies out of view. Area Cleared - 2 bosses, 10-15 minutes (quite easy). Almost always a chest near Uhiwi.
Thanks to Kielus, he mentioned another ranger boss near Uhiwi - Koahm the Weary. He's slightly northwest from Uhiwi along the sulfur sands. Take him down for his flatbow, and adding ~3-5 minutes on your run timer.
Sulfurous Wastes
Any build, full hench party, friend(s) recommended.
Head south from the Ruins of Sahlahja. Get into your junundu and head dead east. Park your henchies near the base before the sand changes color and lure either the margonites or the mandragors towards you to kill. Now you can approach Hajkor, Mystic Flame from either side. If you approach him from the margonite side, take out the additional djinn patrol. Just smash Hajkor to bits for his awesome wand. You can then head south west for Alem the Unclean. Flag your henchies way back, and then you and a friend can rush in and take Alem out in a few seconds. Area Cleared - 2 bosses, 20 minutes for both. Almost always a chest along the way.
If you head north out of the Gates of Desolation, you and a recommended two friends can go after Vahlen the Silent and his horde of undead. Wait for the mandragors surrounding the spoor to move on before getting into the junundu and killing them. Almost always a chest in the sulfur near Vahlen. This area cleared - 1 boss, 5-10 minutes.
Well, I'm exhausted right now. Hope these freebies help you out and start getting people to think a bit more. I'm going to leave some other farming areas secrets, but this should keep you guys occupied.
As for the whiners on both sides of the fence (this game is too boring or stop telling everyone where the farming is good), a) Nightfall is awesome and ripe with farming opportunities, b) F the greedy bastards that want to hog all the greens for themselves. If this article can lower the prices of all the aforementioned greens just a little bit, I will be much happier (since I'm now feeling too lazy to farm greens and would rather farm gold to buy these greens if I ever need them again lol).
Good luck farming. Remember, even just clearing the mobs to get to these bosses have netted me and my buddies dozens of gold drops, dozens of gold chests, and finally (to top off the pile) the greens from most of these bosses.
Ain't the UW boring yet? lol
