I have not seen a -2 shield handle, i do not think that it is posible,
that would make the new shields to powerfull, like -2 stance inscription and -2 stance handle.

It is not possible to have an Inscribable -2stance/-2enchanted shield.
This combination is possible on Tyrian and Canthan shields I beleive, that do not use the inscription model, but Elonian shields can only hold 1 inscription and 1 Handle, and there is no -dmg handles.
