Ok,I got an idea for build yesterday and it is different then other assassin's builds.I am not sure is it good so I want you take a look at build and tell/write what you think.
A/*
Critical strike:13 (9+1+3)
Dagger Mastery:
Deadly Arts:15 (12+3)
Shadow Arts:10 (9+1)
Build:
Palm Strike-Blinding Powder-Signet of Shadows-Dancing Daggers-Entangling Asp-Signet Of Toxic Shock-Deadly Paradox-Feigned Neutrality
What you else need have: As many runes for health you can have +5 energy dagger and zealous daggers
What are problems for this build:
-Energy at 1st place, zealous daggers can help and +5 energy dagger
-Recharge of some skills,Deadly Paradox is here,if you can cast Deadly Paradox before it runs away all of your skills needs to be recharged 50% sooner.you need ( and me ) a bit of practice because Deadly Paradox MUST be always casted on you,you MUST have it on you all the time-it helps....
-Rez.....this build don't have rez....that is problem....but I got an idea for it!
This build is for PvP,as you can see,it can't be PvE ( I think I am correct )
so,if you play TEAM ARENA,or AB ( for some1 who don't know,Alliance Battles)
or GvG it would be good that your partner poison enemy ( Like Rangers, they love to do that, and Assassins) so you can replace Entangling Asp for REZ ( Because Signet of Toxic Shock only needs poisoned foe )
This build have problems but in team work that problems don't exist ( Paragon with Energizing Finale or Necro with Blood Ritual will solve problem with energy,Ranger or some1 else who poison foe will help you take Rez )
If you have comments, and I know you have, please post it.
Assassin build with deadly arts skills

It looks to me like your are trying to force to many skills together. Your running 2 superiors so that will severly reduce your health. I was running a build slightly similar to this one the other day.
Deadly Arts: 16
Shadow Arts: 13
Crippling Dagger or Syphon Strength or Hidden Caltrops
Disrupting Dagger
Dancing Daggers
Entang. Asp
Sig of Toxic Shock
Deadly Paradox
Feigned Nutrality
Res Sig
This build only requires one superior rune and is strait to the point. It has a res and you can easily use a staff with it for energy. A constant Feigned can be maintained if a retreat is in order and the damage isn't bad either.
I haven't extensively tested this build, but from what I did do, I was very successful. It felt alot like a crip. shot build in many cases.
Anyways, tell me what you think, it probably isn't as damaging as your build, but with the right technique it can keep you alive and do a respectable amount of damage.

Get rid of the sups, dancing daggers should be replaced with a res sig.
A staff might be usefull with +15e , or zealous daggers indeed ( maybe a spear? )

I did a little more testing in some free time I had, anyways I made a few adjustments.
I don't really like the Hidden Caltrops very much, the crippling dagger was alot more user friendly and at 16 deadly it nearly has the same effect as a 13 shadow arts. (Also correct me on this if I'm wrong, but the damage done by Hidden Caltrops isn't assigned to you, meaning the damage done by it won't show up on your screen)
I made a build mixing deadly arts with critical strikes on my second go. This one seems more team and support and pressure friendly, you decide which one you like better.
Deadly Arts: 12+3+1
Critical Strikes: 12+1
Seeping Wound(E)- Main advantage for critical strikes, -4 additional degen making 8 degen alone, can put on additional targets that are bleeding and poisioned for additional pressure.
Crippling Dagger- Vital for staying alive against melee charaters, cripple and kite is a very important concept to apply in this and the other build.
Dancing Daggers- Dissappointing skill, but necessary to go into Entangling Asp and to keep a safe range from your target.
Entangling Asp- Staple skill of this build, knockdown at will with added poison made even deadlier with seeping wound.
Signet of Toxic Shock- 106 damage isn't bad, especially on a knocked down target suffering from 8 degen.
Deadly Paradox- A must for basically any deadly arts build, reduces casting time and recharge time on all assassins skills by 50%.
Free Slot- This space is filled by many skills, none yet seem to fit in extremely well. Disrupting dagger, Deadly haste, Dash or Mark of Death would probably be your best choices here.
Ressurection Signet- No build is complete without a space for a res skill that can turn the tide of the game.
Advantages over previous build:
Better degen pressure
3 energy on a critical hit with any weapon isn't bad
Seemed to be more team centered and less selfish (probably why mark of death is one of my favorites for the free space)
Elite seems to fit better
Disadvantages over previous build:
Involves more kiting and strategic movement (can't take damage like you could with Siphon Strength and Feigned)
Less self heals without feigned
I think I covered anything and everything I wanted to say, I hope you find my deadly arts builds effective as it is my favorite attribute as of now. I've only been playing assassin for about 5 days so give me a chance to develop better tactics and learn the way around the assassins weaknesses. Most of my experience has come from my ranger so most of my current builds are inspired of the better elements of that.
