SO, I was wondering...Does anyone have one?

I came across this on Guildwiki....precious little information though...does anyone know where you can find these staffs? I like it because of the Fast Casting requirement...sounds quite unusual...I can't wait to get my mesmer through Elona so I can get the Fast Casting endgame staff.

That might just be the fast casting staff that can be acquired in Nightfall in various ways, such as collector or weaponsmith.
Try making a PVP mesmer and seeing if that is the staff you can choose. If so it's the one available in Nightfall from various sources.
