Got her a while ago, never used her in favor of my other heroes. Just tried to use her tonight for a bit of farming and she just stands there and does nothing. No matter where spawned, no matter what target I call, no matter what, she doesn't do anything but follow me. She has her default daggers and her default skillset (which has combos set up correctly)... so she should be working.
Anyone else have this problem? What can I do to remedy it? None of my other heroes are bugged, just her. Posted this before and it got deleted for some reason. Hmmm.

Maybe she is at the "Avoid Combat" mode. Have you checked that?

It took me a while to check that (space case!), but yeah, I did. And she's been in combat mode the whole time.

If you're fighting in Cantha, I've read somewhere that she can bug in there by getting stuck... it's an issue that still has to get fixed... If it's not in Cantha, can't help you then, my Zenmai works perfectly in Elona (haven't used her yet in Cantha, not a good idea anyways with all those afflicted soul explosions)

So she is in "Aggressive or Guard" mode? I do not have Zenmai myself so i do not know what could be problem here then. Maybe it is a bug then? Someone wiser should answer that.

With my sin I don't have problems with afflicted, but that came with lots and lots of practice. 
The AI sin doesn't have that luxury, unfortunately.
She's in Aggressive mode. I've tried her in Tyria, Cantha, and Elona. I know about the Cantha bug and have experienced it, but haven't heard of it happening in the other two continents. Baffled!

dbunder, I had the same problem. It's not aggressive/defensive/passive-related. It's a sin bug.
Zenmai did not move with the party, did not follow orders, even with her flag, at all. But it only happened right outside Kaineng Center.
Everywhere else, she works fine.

i doubt it. The Zenmai who was fighting the demon is another zenmai then the one you receive as an hero. same for koss, melonni and all these hero that are npc first.

The game doesn't care if they're your heroes or npc. They're still bots and subject to the same script I believe.
Hmm, I wonder if Olias would behave the same way in Kryta since he was wasn't moving either in the quest.
