How To Unlock to Unlock

I created a temple stirike assassin. I need superior dagger mastery rune but it isnt unlocked. Answer should be simple "go priest of baltazar and unlock it at items tab" It isnt there. There only 5 superior runes to unlock and it isnt there. I went to trader and bought one but it isnt work on PvP chars as I discovered. How am I going to get that rune

You have to unlock the major first. If that's not there either, unlock the minor first.

I need to gather more factions for it

Either that or unlock it through drops in PvE.

Purchasing a rune from a trader does not unlock it; only identifying it does.

Though, as a temperary solution you can take that Sup Dagger mastery you bought and apply it to your PvP character's armor. Just put it in storage and take it out on the pvp character. I beleive it will still work after the NIghtfall update, though I havent tryed.

No I didnt tryed to unlock by trader I just want to use it on mask

It won't unlock if you buy if from a trader, in PvE, you can unlock by IDENTIFYING an armor drop. Only then you'll be able to use it in PvP as well.

As for the Balth Faction way... need to unlock minor before major, major before superior.

Or buy it from a rune trader, then put it on your PvP char's armor... not the cheapest, but it should work as well
