So I've completed the listed requirements; A Brief Introduction and A Deal's and Deal. Yet this Whispers Adept wont give me this quest. Has anyone else run into this problem?

I just ran into the same thing today.

I returned after beating the game, and later again once I reach the Brave Lightbringer title, still nothing.
