Factions or Nightfall?

Hello Everyone,
I am trying to decide whether to get Factions or Nightfall (I Already have prophecies)...which 1 would u reccomend and why?

If you like PvE get Nightfall. If you are a PvP'er get Factions. I do both and have enjoyed Nightfall much more than Factions.

Nightfall - it is a larger world to explore, quests are more interesting, some nice new elites and a host of must have weapon skins - factions was the reason alot of players in our guild left to play wow...

Personally I am enjoying nightfall more than the original, it is really good fun, especially elements such as riding the wurms

Get them both, why choose?

I would recommend getting Nightfall first, because then you'll have Hero NPCs to bring with your old characters into the Factions campaign.

I personally think NF is the best chapter of the 3

Well if your short money...consider the following.


If you enjoy PvP more, buy factions, theres more PvP.

If you enjoy PvE more, buy nightfall, theres more PvE.


But both are very good, add lots of stuff and both very fun, so if your not short on money, buy both.

I enjoyed it more than NF so far.

If you can get both do it. If you can't go with Nightfall, that is where the focus of the game is shifting.

I agree. I enjoy PvE much more than PvP and have enjoyed Nightfall much more than Factions.

if u like pvp...nightfall
if u like a good game...nighfall
just buy nightfall and stay away from factions as much as possible

altho faction beats NF for pvp NF has the hero sytem (wich brings hero battle).
So in both case i would go for NF. better storyline in my opinion, much more place to explore, cool title addition, and i prefer NF prof then Faction one.
But still if you can get both. they're worth the cash.

campaign 4......... dont ask me where i got it but theres more info about it then i or anyone else realizes at this point. heard on a forum. good luck searching and no i dont know anything about. just saying this cause Nightfall had its title and stuff realeased in some places in march of 2006.

somehow i prefer factions cos of the diverse pvp arenas and battles...

but i have to say nightfall is equally as neat,definitely better pve wise...

I love Factions, but after getting the story rolling (and I'm not too far along - Cemetary), I'd have to pick NF as the better one, if you're a PvE person like I am. The storyline in Factions takes wayyyy too long to get rolling but it's rewarding when it does. Both great games, but NF wins in my book.
