You sure it's no conditions?

have another look, is it one of the following:

+15 -10 armor
+15 -5 energy
+15 -1 health regen
+15 -1 energy regen

It is a no conditional 15%. I know it's in millions but how many millions. Need a PC and then decide whether to sell it or keep it.

I think i will get an image up as soon as i can.

if i am you, i will keep it for own collection, you cant get it anymore even u have the gold that you get from the axe, coz i doubt anyone will sell it, since the buyer will be a collector.

put it in auction and see how much u could get, cant have an accurate pc on that imo
