Don't mod it, try to sell it as is. It's probably going to be a hard sell, though, since the -1 energy regen mod is the worst of the negative mods.

Agree with milias. -1 neg items generally sell for a tiny fraction of their more desired counterparts.

Considering the almost contradictory nature of most buyers: being that they scour items for reasons not to buy .. I'd remove the vamp mod, replace it with an elemental string.

It's hard enough selling a degen inherent without another degen dissuading from your sale.

EDIT: As for the PC itself, honestly I've no solid idea. I'd guess around 20k or so.
These really are hell to sell.

the sticky is ur friend... visit it from time to time. agree with above the dmg mod is the least wanted and it will be hard to sell but if u wait it out then maby u can get about... 50-70k like the sticky says

Sticky needs to be updated, I doubt you can still get 50-75k for this.
