Aerowind - I'd be tempted to salvage. The skin is quite common, mostly unwanted and the mods are wasted here... imho.
30kish as you're guaranteed the +30 with the chance of the +5 also. Maybe 40, but I doubt it.
Not sure about the bows, not made any trades with those skins yet.
The wand I'd consider salvaging also, nasty req.
