BiP and whatever you want... You can focus on some defense or some attack... Doesnt matter since ppl will expect you to BiP and follow them...

all you need in a BiP build is BiP and blood renewal. anything else is just gravy.
barbed sig, vamp gaze, well of blood, or OoP can all be added for nice affect. you can spec into healing and bring along heal party, mending or vig spirit to help out. you can spec into curses and bring along enfeebling blood or maybe MoP. rly you can do whatever you want.
just two rules rly:
1) NEVER...i repeat, NEVER bring awaken the blood!
2) keep your hp low. id bring at least 3 superior runes. sometimes more.

Signet of Lost Souls
Might not need mending. Use 5 superior runes and make sure your SR is your 2nd highest attribute. Spam that BiP like a machine gun turret.
