We all know that farming is not what used to be before and that the 55 core farmers are preatty much dead.
Now my question is what is really working out there. I have tryed many thing and the solo farmer is not really working. So if anyone have a new build that is effective at the moment please post it here. This way we wont have plp asking arround and killing web space.

The only thing I've seen working is the E/anything 'Bug Bomb' for outside of yohlon haven. Everything else is just inconvenient because they spread out. And I haven't seen a ranged mob since.. forever.

Secret's in the Skill. Solo 55 Mes works still (although I find it boring and annoying without godly Spirit Bond

Solo Trap, VwK, IW, and (to an extent) SS and SoJ all still work. The first 3 are still great (VwK runs apparently take around 15 minutes to complete), the last 2 have become slower.
55 Mo/Me with SV/AV and a Famine ranger is far from dead.
But seriously, don't go out and say that 55ing is dead just because of the AoE nerf. a good team can make it work just fine with famine.

Oh i know that a good team can make it work but solo is nearly imposible or very slow. I didnt meant by any reason to miss inform anyone, I just seen many post about farming but there is nothing solid like we used to have before the update.

VwK for everything before vabbi, with exception of mandragors and elementals. Kounan scribes can be annoying.
55, 105, 160, 180 whatever Mo, N for vabbi.
Wurms for desolation, combined with running skills.
Chest running is probably much easier then before, can be done easily with heroes.
A better question would be, what isn't farmable. Unless this question applies only to smite run.

What are you saying 55 farming is dead! i farm 55 alot i kill hydras outside Augury Rock trolls outside droks its still quite good just not as fast as it used to be, a tip take a wand when enermy runs hit that enemy and they come back to fight!

SoJ still works. Just fight ranged enemies instead of melee ones. They don't run

Just go read this forum, alot of places to solo farm. I solo farm 1 hour every day, and I make 10-20k per day depending on the drops. Just go out and look around a bit, you will be surprised at what you find.

And that mesmer 55 IW isn't as effective as SoJ becuase they STILL run away, and you have to attack one for awhile, then another, then another.

I've never seen an enemy run from IW damage. Don't know what to say about that. And 55 IW has never been extremely fast, just effective at taking out small groups of high-level monsters, like Aatxes or Titans.

They still run away from you. Scatter as I like to call it, making it even less efficient.
