Stats as title, the shield is also dyed black (not that I expect that to add anything to the price).

Good req, almost perfect, pretty rare and sought after skin.

Not so sure. I bought a req 8 tact 30/-3 yesterday for 150k, so i'm guessing this one is worth 75-100k, hard to say though.
