Poor Horace's Pudding

Does anyone remember poor Horace? Such a sad life, with no pudding to be had...

The idea for a short, repeatable quest came to me upon taking a visit to Sardelac, after bringing my sixth chara out of Pre-searing. It would be to find Horace some pudding, of the yellow kind (which I assume would be Tapioca... unless he prefers Vanilla). The reward shouldn't be too extravagant, have him use the /dance emote for instance. Maybe a small amount of gold or other trinket could be given for the first time. After then he can just do the emote, akin to bringing a smile to his face each time you visit.

As for acquiring the pudding, low-level mobs in the area could randomly drop small containers of it for him. It could be explained that they attacked a shipment of snacks enroute to the outpost and you would have to retrieve them. All in all it would be like Farmer Dirk's pigs in Pre-searing, a fun miniquest of sorts. Just something to spark a glimmer of happiness in the troubled mind of a Post-searing victim. He's been there for so long, almost two years now, and no one's yet brought him his pudding...

Sadly I don't think any amount of pudding gotten through repeatable quests could put poor Horace back on the track to clear thinking.
Maybe a side quest to put some meds in his pudding.

Make a 'Sweet rush item' collector appear in some Prophecies places.

The sweet tush item would be something like:
"Ascalon's Special Secret Ingredient Pudding"

You give 10 stormy eyes or gruesome ribcages to the collector and get the stuff.

Give it to horaces and he goes like 'Yay!'.
