Tactics 4
Spear Mastery 9+1
Command 12+3
Leadership 10+2

"Incoming!"
"Stand Your Ground!"
"Never Surrender!"
"Watch Yourself!"
"Go for the Eyes!"
Anthem of Envy
Aggressive Refrain
Signet of Return

Basic usage: Aggressive Refrain for adrenaline generation. Watch Yourself to keep aggressive refrain up and for the armor bonus. Stand Your Ground lasts 35 of 45 seconds with Command 15. Use Incoming (which lasts 7 seconds) to cover part of the 10 second gap. Use Never Surrender to counter party wide degens and to take pressure off the healers. GftE and Anthem of Envy to boost party damage.

If you really like being direct and using lots of spear attacks this build obviously won't be much fun for you. I am however finding it to be an excellent support build that makes a huge difference, and I enjoy playing it

Yep, I use a very similar Command build that makes a great difference in both offense and defense. Nice work.

Replace Anthem of Envy with Anthem of Flame.
AoE at 15 Command = + 20 dmg on foes w > 50% health.
AoF at 12 Leadership = + 42 dmg on foes regardless of health.

At 12 Leadership, AoF will net you 1e back so you should have no energy problems.

Also, instead of using a sup rune and a major rune, you should probably go
Command 11 + 1 + 3
Leadership 11 + 1
Spear 8 + 1

....... Anthem of Envy has more damage potential because your heroes will not attack different targets 8/10 times. This cuts down Anthem of Flame to +42 dmg total, while Anthem of Envy will trigger seperately for each attack skill used by party members. Pretend that Koss and 2 other heroes all use ... power attack while under Anythem of Envy. Those 3 power attacks deal +20 each, totalling +60 damage, more than the cap on Anthem of Flame.

From what I've been reading though, I think Go For The Eyes may be more powerful than either one.
