IMO I've not seen that many out there, but I see several people asking to buy that specific skin. I'd try to sell it for 100k, good mods low req. With patience you could prob find a buyer, if you need it sold fast then lower price.
you're not going to get 100k for this skin any more, there are at least 10 people in kamadan selling these at any given point. the scythe i've sold for the most gold was a perfect duskblade scythe, got 100 + 15ectos for that i probably could have gotten more though. ah well.
