A/Mo, A/W, & A/E: Most Potent Builds?

Considering there's so many, moderate, and/or few variations of these Assassin /Mo /W /E builds, what I want to know is: what's the best skills for each build

Take two assassins. Both are A/W, A/Mo, or A/E (A/W fights another A/W, A/E fights another A/E, etc). They both have the same set of gear (let's take the starting game armor for example). The two assassins vary somewhat in skills. There's a high probability that one-which would have more potential-would win, if not, draw. What I need to know once again, is what's the most powerful & well-combined skills for an A/W, A/Mo, A/E.

If anyone as so kind can share their knowledge of potent assassin builds with me, I'd be very grateful. Also I have read through all the assassin builds on two forums & they all seem quite formidable, but I believe one or a very belittled minority is best.

One last thing, the build skills you list should have one for PvP & PvE. After taking the suggestions listed, I am going to experiment & hopefully devise a more powerful & efficient build as possible a.s.a I am entirely familiar with all the skills

Once again, thank you those that help.

P.S. If a moderator would like to sticky so that in the future, assassin-lovers may be able to fabricate new & improved builds, go right ahead.

kd>all. A knockdowned sin can't flee, heal, or attack.

Sure, balanced stance, sure blind will disable his attacks too. But kd is still one the most powerfull mechanics in the game.

i see. so an a/e with shock would be useful or a/w with horns of the ox. ill keep that in mind.

An assassin with Shock just used 5 energy and exhaustion without a chance of a crit for a KD, while the assassin with Horns of the Ox potentially made up the cost of the skill and accomplished the same thing with more damage.
Horns of the Ox can be just as effective if not more than Shock, provided that targets are chosen carefully.

Obviously the strength of Shock is that it's an unconditional skill, the same way as Shove is. You're All Alone is used to keep that person isolated by instantly applying cripple. I guess it could also be used as a cover for other conditions, though I don't think that's likely.
I really can't think of a use for an assmo the moment, but I'm sure someone else can.

what would be more effective?

shock + aftershock
or
horns of the ox + falling spider?
or possibly combine falling spider after aftershock. and spam shock and repeat. that might b a mediocre possibility

No matter how much it may seem to, your question makes no sense. There are none!. There are popular archetypes every now and then in GvG depending on the meta. Mostly there's nothing though. It doesn't matter what secondary is used or how you synergise skills of the primary and secondary. All of that is meaningless. The best combination of skills that suit a particular meta and a particular role are what is used, not theorycrafted primary/secondary combos.

A thread that listed popular Assassin archetypes over the history of the game would make sense, which may have been what you're trying to achieve deep down.

No. A/Mo with 12 protection prayers and Mending Touch would beat a build that stacked on conditions to kill even though it sucks and no one would do it. A/W with Riposte and Deadly Riposte and no weapon mastery would get beaten by a Searing Flames A/E. Once again, your question makes no sense in GuildWars.

For Ganks, Shock is not nesseary, in a 1v1 basis, KD will be good.

I personally don't think the A/Mo or A/W is THAT much better than the A/E as others seem to think, simply because that KD is good. on a 1v1 basis, if the shock can get the sin before he SoHs, then shock will likely win. It's just that A/E has crap self heal, and in that sense will die to anti gank chars.

Still, general consensus is that they are all in love with shadow prison.

Shock + Aftershock is a no-no on an assassin.

A/D would own all this builds.......believe me

And yes,i think you are talking about 1 vs 1 a/e or a/w or a/mo battles.
If you change just 1 skills or 2 you can easy win against same type.
So,stupid is to say what build would win,you can always win against all builds if you know just a little about them

Every build has their strong and weak points..... Its all too easy to grab a KD sin and win..... I personally avoid KD build so in my opinion A/E makes an excellent flag runner in any pvp with flags, A/Mo isnt as good as Mo/A when it comes to healing but im pretty sure a smite enchantment or two would make them better in that regard. A/W pick a weapon and know your skills and its usually a pretty good.. Atm im working on a shout sin ((A/P)) ill let you know how it turns out soon

Well since all of this seems to be in an RA context, everyone needs a rez sig.

2nd, utility does nearly nothing in RA. Sins seem to have the most sucess when you got about 5-7 attack skills and just run up and unleash, hoping no one has been putting any hate on you.
