Whats the build with Life transfer?

Life Transfer and Siphon stack for 10 degen with high enough blood magic. No one uses it anymore because there's now Reaper's Mark. There really aren't that many degen spells. Pick ones that seem ok to you and try to keep your energy up. A good degen build will put 10 degen on everyone on the opposing side. If you can only do it to 1 target, you're only doing 20 damage a second, which is worthless.

I never liked Life Transfer for the recharge. Its way too long, so spaming it is out of the question.
As Jesh had said, Life Siphon and Life Transfer are the main skills in the build.
Mostly blood magic spells are used.

Life Transfer is pure crap due to that ridicolous recharge. Use Reaper's Mark or Spoil Victor instead.

The only reason id use it is because you get regen from the enemys degen, but with life siphon you can hex 3 targets and you have just as good regen :/

Life Transfer has always needed a buff, but with Reaper's Mark here now, that's just become obvious. I rarely used LT even before RM was there. The long recharge is just crap 
If you've survived a nec's LT, there's not much else he can do that'd do major harm (assuming he's got all blood skills). I think it needs a 25 sec recharge.......and maybe a slightly longer duration?
