Hey, im looking to buy a Flame Artifact, the skin doesn't really matter to me.
It has to be req8-9 fire magic
with, "either"
halves skill casting time 20% OR halves recharge time on fire magic 20%
"both if possible" if not atleast one of them
including a +5energy>50% or enchant.
