Doh. Thought this was the warrior forum. One sec.

EDIT: I'm using the Spear when I go full-attack, and the Leadership when I go support, but I'm starting to not like the 16 in Leadership, 16 might be overkill. The healing Motivation build uses a full 16 in Motivation, so get that head piece.

I have a +4 Motivation and a +4 Command headpiece that I switch out when switching between my Restoration Motivation and my Incoming Command builds. I find the 16 in Motivation/Command to be very useful.
BTW: With all my Paragon builds I keep 9 in SM and 10 in Leadership(don't run full spear attack builds)
