1: The new inscribable drops are HoH drops and don't really belong to Nightfall
2: There are not enough number of them in the market to accurately give a price check now.

Last three q9 eternals I've seen sell on guru have gone for 100k15e, without perfect mods admittedly, but still.. I doubt we'll see a sale of over 250k for these now even if 'perfect'

Sold req9 diamond aegis-7k (took me forever to sell) might have been able to get more, but by then i just wanted to be rid of it paragon shields, just don't sell anymore, everyone has a "rare" one, and by the end i was just trying to cut losses, although i made profit on most of them even at the low selling prices

gave up trying to sell nightmare spears, a guildie bought one for 8k. spammed for ages in kamadan's 1st 3 districts. My guildie said they're rare but not sought after.
So, 8k for a req9 nightmare spear!!
Actually your guildie was wrong. They WERE rare until ToA and such where they drop VERY commonly, and there are tons of these around now. First few weeks of NF and these were an easy 100k, now 8k is about the normal price that I have seen. But for that matter, all paragon and dervish stuff dropped rapidly in value and demand.
