I sold a req 10 Aerowind Blade with so-so mods at 20k after about 1 minute in Kamadan D1, getting two offers for my asking price almost immediately...
After listing both a req 9 Brass Spear and req 9 Broadhead spear (both had okay mods, Brass is listed as a rare, Broadhead is not) for a while in Kamadan D1, I sold the Broadhead for 10k, but haven't sold the Brass. I sold a Req 10 Brass some weeks ago for 10kish.
Other recent sales:
Adamantine Falchion, req 9, crap mods -- 30k (easy sell)
Adamantine Falchion, req 10, okay mods -- 20k (took a little while)
Fire Staff - Canthan skin, req 10, perfect mods -- 55k + req 9 broadhead spear I turned around and sold for 10k + req 9 scythe I haven't sold yet (this was hard to sell - even though the req 9 is listed as 80-100k and it had perfect mods - because most people don't know it is rare as it is just called 'Fire Staff'; I kept getting really lowball offers and had people arguing with me that it wasn't worth anywhere near the 60k-65k I was listing it for).

Bought req9 dead sword, 60k, then sold it for 60k, nobody wanted to pay higher
Brute Swords, 40-60k? i've had 3 offers in the last 2 weeks to buy a req9 15^50 for 25k, no way in hell i'd get 60k for one unless i found an idiot, but hey i've been wrong before i guess
