500 sunspear promo points, but I dont get the captain rank?

When I reached 500 sunspear promotion points and opened my questlog I noticed the sunspear promotion quest was no longer there. I went to sunspear rank officer Runduk as useual but he had only a chat menu, and did not promote me...

Edit: It says my rank is Captain, but Castellan Puuba should now unluck the Time is Nigh quest, but he does not do that...

You should have the rank if you check your title menu, the rank officer's only function is to explain how ranks work and provide quests which award you for reaching certain levels. You might have accepted the quest reward without noticing.

Yep, you are right. I was fooled by the Guildwicky information that you can travel to other chapters when you are captain. But it seems I need to do a lot of quests first. Thx for responding.
