Life Bond question

Can two monks put Life Bond on the same character? How would the damage distribution (before reduction) apply to the monks? Would the damage be 33/33/33% (target/monk1/monk2), 25/50/25%, or something else entirely?

In the past, LB would not reduce twice, but the molnks would still be taking the same re-directed damage, no how many people had the charachter bonded.
