You may get a few bucks for this (3- 5k). But most likely not. If you need, salvage the mods off it and then sell to merchant.
Reasons why:
Skin not popular
Damage mod not that popular to most people

I've tried to sell something similiar, but no luck, ended up giving away, and that was hard too...
