I expect prices for perfect wands/staffs to crash now that it's relatively easy to make them nowadays. Still the skin in uncommon/rare and the req is good.
PS: Don't bump it too much or you'll end up with a closed thread like me
have seen a few of the higher req NF ones hit 40-50k.. pretty sure I saw a req 13 go for like 45k... so try for 75k or so, add a 20% recharge mod as they are like 5-10k now
