collector/wepons shop item, ~5k not including materials

Sorry but what does that mean ?

it's a item you get from a shop, like a wepons trader ones where you give them the materials and a small fee and they make generally perfect items for you, minus a few mods... so this sheild worth around 5000 gp

U can also get them from collectors whereby u exchange some items for it. Not really sure where and what to exchange, but u can always check it out at guildwiki. So prices could even go below 5k.

I've been selling the collectors ones of these for 3k today. I've sold a dozen or so.
