Here is something i thought about and would like to see added.

A Paragon interrupt

"There Can Be Only One!"
Cost :5 Energy
Cast Time: 1/4 seconds
Recharge: 20 seconds

A Highlander reference

Target foe is interrupted and struck for 10...29 damage. If Target foe was casting a spell at time of interrupt, "There Can Be Only One!" is replaced with that spell for 5 ...... 12 seconds.

It would be up to the Guild Wars staff if it would be able to copy and Elite skill or not. Post your opinions.

For one, all Shouts have no cast time. Second, this is unbelieveably overpowered.

I can't honestly see how it IS overpowered. It's no different from an inspired/revealed hex or arcane larceny/thievery. Just because you have your skill replaced by a spell for a set amount of time doesn't mean you'll be able to use it to its full advantage with 0 in that attribute. Also, I doubt it's a shout, but a spear attack.

Well, it would be a shout because of the quotation marks, as shown with every other shout skill.

I've never heard of a shout interrupting and dealing damage to a single target. Shouts are mainly motivational.

A shout that copy enemy skills? Norgu is coming to give you a beating, he is very angry.
Plus shouts have no casting time.

Now, seriusly, Instead of that...

"There Can Be Only One!"
E:5 C:n/a R:30
Elite Shout. For each skill target foe has equiped that you also have equiped, that foe will take 6..60 damage. If target foe do not have any skill equiped that you have, you recover 5..25% of your maximum health and 1...10 energy. This skill ignores armor.
(Attribute: Tactics)

Note: This will deal 480 damage if target foe shares all your skills, more with Tactic runes, so... great to punish those who just use builds made by others and tested by others instead of getting their own, XD.

no no no
see thats the point .
a sout skill that isn't for party
be a different skill
and if that the point how bout
Dmg aditional dmg per ally within ear shot
like is aid the concept

Stealing targets interupted skill while adding damage

In Highlander they cut off there head to gain all there knowledge
and the damage doesnt have to be great just a lil spike

Its to add more flexibility to a paragon

And 480 damage is way to powerful
like base 20 dmg + additional 5 per ally or so
and how bout it steals skill but its level is w/e ur command or motivation is set
(whichever this would fall under)

so u interupt a eles Fireball and ur command/motive or w/e is lvl 12
u get a lvl 12 fb

OR

Level depnds on number of allies in ear shout

That sort of hing

Hey and i mean i jsut thought of this like 2 mins before posting

Dude...if you Shout, everyone hears you. You can't go HEY BOB! and only Bob hear you, no everyone around you would. So why would you go THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE! and only one guy hears you? Yeah, thats what I thought. It completely defies the laws of physics. GW strays around some, but yours jumps over the whole thing. It makes absolutely no sense. It's a good skill...bad for a paragon...

Why?

If they wanted the paragon to be balanced they wouldn't have nerfed the entire motivation line.

A highlander reference is always good.
