Yes I understand He always spawns in dreadnaughts.

I was wondering if anyone knows where outside these locals he pops up? I figure it will be easier to just zone and reapeat than go all the way to dreadnaughts.

He always spawns in Dreadnoughts, and will also spawn on the east end of Mineral springs, on the south side where all the giants are, look for a little grotto along the south edge in that area.

So you've seen him multiple times in that area? Wiki says spawns outside of dreadnoughts drift are random which would imply...well actually random as in no way to predict. Please enlighten us.

My friend who was a lvl 12 necro was wanting to cap his elite afew months ago... We decieded to fight all the way to deadnoughts from camp rankor with 6 henchies. We made it easily and it didn't actually take that long....

Maybe I should make myself clearer. He ALWAYS spawns in Dreadnaught's drift.

I have seen him spawn on the east end of Mineral springs, on the south side, near where all the giants are. Just look for a little grotto on the southern edge in that area, you may get lucky.

(Is that easier to understand?)

I once saw him spawn in Lornar's Pass, during a Droknars run. At the crest of the curved hill after the narrow Troll Cave. That was a long time ago, and only one occasion. I only mention it to confirm that he does (or did) spawn randomly.

If you want to cap his Elite, pay (or befriend) a runner to take you up to Dreadnought's Drift (Via the Snake Dance route, for an 8-man party). To quote Aliens; "It's the only way to be sure".

He can randomly spawn anywhere in the southern shiverpeaks; but he's always in that one spot in dreadnought's.
