unconditional dmg mod would be worth millions...yes.

I'm not sure that's unconditional dmg mod, I think it's 15% -1 energy regen (on top of the zealous)

Its +15 -1energy regen

I think you are getting confused due to the zealous mod attatched too.

20-25k on this at most

Looking from the stats it looks like +15%dmg and inherent -1 energy reg.
I'd salvage for +30HP mod and then zealous.
