need HELP

I ve just reisntalled WinXp and i ve installed GW but when i enter and select the char it says 14000 files remaining to download.What can i do to make it download faster?cause after 2 hours it downloaded 5%

there's not much you can do, except get faster internet. if you have the original installation disc, you can use that to speed things up a bit.

another thing is to use the -image command line option, which will allow you to download all the files at once without fully opening the game. just leave it on overnight.

...which will make the initial download even longer. Save that for another night. There's not much you can do to speed things up. The -image command will prevent you from having to download files when entering a new area, that's all.

theres nothing you ca do about it. my suggestion is that if you DLed the game from gw.com then you are out of luck. but if u have the CD use that it MAY speed it up a bit. just leave it on overnight...
